Earth & Aura is Laura Lochab’s yoga and wellbeing business. Earth & Aura is responsible for deciding how the personal information collected through this website is used.

Information we collect
When you send an enquiry, the form collects your first name, optional last name, email address, chosen offering and message. It also records your privacy acknowledgement, your separate email marketing choice, the notice version and the time of submission.
If you arrive through a campaign link, the enquiry can include that link’s campaign source, medium and name. Website infrastructure also processes technical information, such as an IP address and request details, to deliver and protect the service.
Your answers stay in the open page as you move between form steps. They are not saved in browser storage or sent as an enquiry until you press “Send enquiry”. Closing or refreshing the page can clear unsent answers.
Please leave out medical information, children’s personal details and other sensitive information. This is an enquiry form, not a health assessment or booking confirmation.
How we use it
Your contact details and message allow Laura to understand your request, reply and manage any related conversation. Details marked as required are needed to handle an online enquiry; you can also contact Laura directly by email.
Where you ask about arranging a service, this processing supports steps taken at your request before a booking. For general questions and service security, the purpose is Earth & Aura’s legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running a reliable website.
Optional emails about classes, workshops and events depend on your separate consent. That box starts unchecked, and you can send an enquiry without selecting it. You can withdraw that permission at any time by emailing Laura; this does not affect your enquiry or the lawfulness of earlier processing.
The required Privacy Policy checkbox acknowledges this notice. It does not sign you up for marketing. Enquiries are handled by a person; the form does not make automated booking or eligibility decisions.
Who processes it
Enquiries are processed through Ingenium Portal for Earth & Aura, where they can be stored and managed as contact records. Portal uses supporting services including Supabase for its database and Resend to deliver enquiry notifications. Those notifications are sent to Earth & Aura’s Gmail address so Laura can follow up.
Vercel hosts this website. These services process information needed to provide hosting, storage and email delivery. Their infrastructure can operate internationally. Contact Earth & Aura for information about the processing locations and transfer arrangements that apply to your enquiry.
How long it is kept
The retention criteria for an enquiry include whether your conversation is still open, whether follow-up is needed, whether it leads to a booking, and any requirement to keep related records for a legal obligation or dispute.
Enquiry records and email notifications can be held in different systems. To ask how long information about your particular enquiry is kept, or to request its deletion, email earthandauraa@gmail.com.
Your choices & rights
Subject to the applicable conditions in data protection law, you can request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate details, deletion, restriction of processing or a portable copy. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent for optional updates.

You can raise a concern with your local data protection authority. In Ireland, this is the Data Protection Commission. You can also read its guidance on your right to be informed.
